SAD BUT RAD ADVENTURES

Sad But Rad Adventures is my yearlong commitment to joy and self-growth. It’s about giving myself permission to set an intention, plan, and be open to the potential of unexpected adventures (and lessons).

Around 15 years ago, I made a list of things I wanted to do in the year ahead. It was honestly helpful for my then-undiagnosed ADHD. I decided to include a mix of things I’ve never done before and things I’d like to do more of.

I’d like to try the exercise again to find meaning and direction in my life (and as a much-needed distraction from the chaos of the world).

I’ll be posting my updates exclusively for my subscribers on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/sadbutradclubxo

If you’d like to sponsor one of my dopamine activities, I’ll post links to my Wishlist below!
